We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual where our prescribers determine it is not clinically appropriate. Weight loss medications will only be supplied where a valid clinical need has been established. All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment completed through our online consultation. Our prescribers are fully registered healthcare professionals. A prescription will only be issued where it is deemed safe and appropriate for you as an individual.
We retain the right to request additional medical information, decline a prescription request, or refer you to your GP at any stage. Any prescription issued remains the property of the prescriber and cannot be transferred or reused beyond its stated validity.

Payment does not guarantee supply. If your consultation results in a prescription being declined, you will receive a full refund of any medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
Once your order has been approved and your prescription issued by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or public holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive your delivery. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of order.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with medicines legislation and patient safety regulations.
If your medication arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
